Here is another video watercolor lesson in the series I am putting together. This covers simplifying details so that a complex scene can be broken down. It starts by establishing the dark shadows then building from there. A basic palette is used again. I find that using too many colors tends to reduce the natural harmony in a scene. Let me know what you think! SimmTrace™ was used for the drawing. I promise the mystery surrounding the new SimmTrace™ will soon be revealed!

Brilliant - Roy - your courage with strong colours amazes me - I have always been afraid of too strong colorus and have tended to keep everything pale. Found this example most helpful. Hubert
